How does the process work?

• Discovery Call: A 15-30 minute call to understand your needs and the needs of your customers. This will inform how we approach the design and development of your website or product.
• Timeline and pricing: I come to you with a timeline and deliverables and we make an agreement.
• Communication: we can either communicate through Slack or Whatsapp+Google Meet, and share files through Google Drive.
• Delivery: I give you updates at key intervals in the delivery timeline. We make sure you are satisfied every step of the way – if not, we correct trajectory.
• Completion: We do a final review of deliverables and ensure you’re satisfied. I make any changes necessary.
